This can have devastating impacts as the member's wallet can be hijacked resulting in all funds being stolen. Cryptocurrency has no undo button so it's vital your members are aware of the risks when communicating online and to ensure they never expose their details.

To help combat this, you can turn on an 'Admins Don't DM' message that autoposts information and warnings into your group at regular intervals. It confirms no admin will contact any members first, and urges users not to interact should this happen.

It is possible to turn off the message being sent, instead tap 'Disabled'

By default, CrowdNinja will post the message every 60 minutes. The frequency can be adjusted as needed to post more often, or less often.
