Raids

7min

Raids can be created on Standard, Premium, or Ultimate tiers. Limits apply.

New Raid

You can create a raid that directs your group to a social network post to encourage engagement. Each raid currently stays active for 60 minutes.

1

Call the /newraid command directly in the group including the URL to the post.

/newraid {URL}

Raid Targets

In addition to creating a message including the social network post's url, to drive engagement further it's possible to set targets for the community to reach.

The target and current progress will be shown on each raid message.

Target types may be specific to a social network and might not be available for another. Check Supported Social Networks below for clarification.

1

Call the /newraid command including the URL to the post, target number and target type

/newraid {URL} {TARGET#} {TARGET_TYPE}

Examples

/newraid https://twitter.com/user/status/123456 2000 likes

/newraid https://twitter.com/user/status/123456 1000 retweets

Active Raids

Whilst raids are active, CrowdNinja can repost the raid messages into the group on command. The cooldown for using the command is dependent on your CrowdNinja tier.

1

Call the /raid command in your group

/raid

Stop Active Raid

A raid will automatically end after 60 minutes.

1

To stop a raid before it automatically expires:

/stopraid {URL}

You do not need to re-specify any targets when stopping a raid.
