Service Messages Clean is available on all tiers.

Service Messages in Telegram are the small bubbles containing information regarding events happening in the group, e.g. a member has joined/left, title updated, new pinned message

By default, all service messages post into your group, however with CrowdNinja you can choose for them to be deleted so they don't clutter your group.
